My Ex and i have been going to court for 9 months for visitation and she and her attorney have continued this for 4 times in the last 5 months and just found out that she filed for a review of child support scheduled 1 day before our visiation court date there was an court order for child support put in in april of this year and its just september there has been no major changes in my income and she agreed to the 780 i am paying now and it was court ordered ! and she has strategically kept my child away from me since we seperated and divorced no summer vacations with my son i do everything i can for him i see now she is keeping him away because nc says more than 120 days equals less child support can they go up on my child support I thought every 3 years and then a review
