I know this might be a shot in the dark, but decided to ask anyway. Anyone have any experience with the family court system in North Carolina? We live in New Hanover County and I would love to pick someone's brain. I have heard differing things regarding when a child can indicate what they want regardin custody. Also, anyone hear about getting a letter in the mail regarding whether or not you want to revisit custody/child support three years after trial? Let me know. Thanks!
