update on SS24's Release
Tried to call dh at his work to say good night as I am going to bed. He always answers his phone. This time he didnt and I could tell he was on the phone because of the beeping noise when it was ringing. I immediate felt my stomach sink.....I knew he was on the phone about SS24.
He was on the phone with BM. SS24 will be released next week. So I have a week reprieve without cringing when the phone rings and it is him calling.
They think he will have parole and BM might have some jobs lined up for him. I am thankful for that as it will keep him clear across the country. Hope he cant visit.
DH will try to be tough at first but that always goes out the window.
Wish he SS24 was good like SS22 and my son 24. He is not living with me....no effing way.

It should be quiet for a while but the way dh's family is in everyone's business, I am sure SS24 will show up for a visit at some point and then the I Want to Live With You will start up. Currently our plan is to sell the house in 2 years, move MIL into a senior citizen condo and move 4 hours away. DH's sister will be out of prison by then and she can take care of MIL as we have done it for 13 years now. And MIL isn't crippled or anything, just emotionally needy.
I will not move to another home with an adult skid. I have a backup plan in case. They would need to buy me out, I find another job out of state and move.
No way would I want to turn
No way would I want to turn my home into a shelter for a registered sex offender! I know when you google them, the map comes up and your house is right there for all to see.
