Happy Tuesday, STalkers! It's a blustery Winter day in Aniki Land. Temp is 29F (feels colder) with snow squalls. Temp will be dipping into the single digits overnight (8F) and feel subzero, thanks to that wind. Definintely my kind of weather!!!
I know not everyone is a fan of snow and Winter (ya weirdos!) and are feeling cooped up. Some people asked me to repost the TuT of desk exercises. Here you go!

It's been a minute since we've had a TuT, hasn't it? And Fat Aniki doesn't have much of anything at the moment so...
We're closing in on the holidays and EATING. In fact, holiday eating has already begun with Halloween goodies (you should see the piles of candy at my work!).
Some have trouble saying no. Others avoid, avoid, then gorge. And there are those who fast until they can gorge.
So. What are some tricks you use to NOT overindulge or to feel full so you don't/can't eat as much?
Celery sticks? Metamucil? Swallow a balloon?

It's Tuesday! Anyone else feel like the week is moving slower than molasses in January? Sigh...
We often talk about physical workouts, but what about our brains? While aerobic exercise is good for the brain (increased heart rate pumps more blood to the brain), it's also important to do some brain exercises.

Where’s your socks?
How many of us are guilty of putting on close-toed shoes without socks? After Winter (warm, fuzzy socks rule!), people often forego socks in favor of letting their feet 'breathe'. Not the best idea. There’s that word some folks luuuuuuuv to hate….

Happy Tuesday, STalkers! Sorry I'm so late, but it's been a crazy day.
There are days (weeks!) when it's impossible to anticipate what will happen and if you'll be glued to your desk or need your running shoes. Today is a running shoes kinda day. No doubt about - running around with a cup of coffee can be hazardous!!
What do you to when you're so busy running around that you barely have time to go the bathroom, much less eat? Candy bar? Protein bar? Bag of pretzels? Protein shake? Nuts?

And by wet, I mean your body. On the inside.
Your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body needs water to work properly. Your body uses water to maintain its temperature, remove waste, and lubricate your joints. Water is needed for overall good health.
