Yes, DH could fight the new support order that will inflate his income 350 a week more than he really makes over a one time bonus- if we could afford a lawyer.
Really over 8k a year to support one kid.
Enjoy, because all extras are included in your suport. We have three years to save for an attorney for college expenses.

You can probably fight it
You can probably fight it without a lawyer. It's a lot of work but probably can be done. Research the child support laws in your state regarding what qualifies as income and how the bonus should be treated, provide proof that is was a one time bonus, see if there are similar cases you can find on the internet, etc.
I have been my husband's "lawyer" in a couple of instances and was very pleased how things turned out. But it was A LOT OF WORK.
