i think im loseing my mind

My husbend and my step kids are driving me nuts!!!!!! its always one thing or another wwith the dame sd's i don't know what to do, im so close to leaveing but we live in s.c and all my fam lives in ny, i don't work, i don't know anyone here, the only place to g is ny and my husbend said if i took our kids(we have 2 kids togather) then he would get them back and i wont see them. I HATE MY LIFE!!!!!

O you poor thing. My heart goes out to you.

You need a plan. Start planning. Also, please be honest with yourself and make sure you make your plans based on the truth. You can move and leave and not lose your children but keep in mind he doesn't want to lose them either and it's usually (not always) best for children to have both parents in their lives somehow.

It took me a long time to leave my first marriage. It takes lots of planning. Having a good plan makes you feel back in control and it makes it easier to put up with all the rubbish.

Do lots of homework to make sure it's legal (In some places in the world running away and not coming back is considered kidnapping and you might give him power if you do that). You don't want to live your life hiding.

You need to decide if you love your husband enough to gut it out. I COMPLETELY understand where you’re coming from (I live in NC and my family is up in Pennsylvania)! I hate it down here… I feel like I’m loosing my damn mind most days… I’m lonelier than I ever could have imagined I could be… but I love DH enough to at least give it the best try that I can.

Look DEEP into your heart… my wishes and prayers are with you.
(Maybe try to find a touch stone in your new city… something you can make yours)
