okay so if you read my last blog you know that BM is supposedly getting married. Well she is knocked up. This will be her 4th kid. Mind you the first two live with me. The third is 2 and she spent most of her pregnancy in rehab. And now this one. SHe just got out of rehab in August. So today she calls DH and tells him that she is taking him back to court that she needs our address so he can get served. Umm we have been living here for the past five years. You mean you dont know where your kids live? Anyways, so then she tells DH that since he is not letting the kids stay over this weekend (its her weekend) Can she at least take them out to dinner? So of course DH told her that yes, that he is not trying to deny her visitation but that since she is in violation of her court order (there are not enough beds in the house and they are each required to sleep in their own bed) she could see them but they wouldn't be sleeping over. So when the kids come back they are all tight lipped about mom but eventually confess that she is pregnant and that she is not supposed to tell us. Hello BM you cant hide the baby bump forever.
Oh and she told the kids that they need to side in court with her or she will no longer be in their lives. Okay. Oh and that to tell the judge how we leave them alone to go to Costco. He is 14 and she is 10. We are gone for like an hour and a half. The last time I checked FLorida did not have a law stating at what age kids were allowed to stay home alone but I think 14 would be around right regardless. Plus most times SS is the only one who stays home cause SD likes to go to Costco. I am so mad. She told them that since we are not letting them sleep over that we are dragging them into a custody battle. AHHH she is such a nut job.
