Can Step-parents attend a mediation in NC
The wicked bio mom of the west is wanting to make sure I, the stepmom does not attend the mediation upcoming. Does anyone have any advice on my rights as a stepmother and why I couldn't attend? Also, any advise on how we could get full custody? The order now states there is no primary parent are custody is shared 50/50. Thank you!

Has anyone heard of a Deviation?
We'll my husband and I are scheduled to go to court for a child support hearing in late APril. Does anyone know if we can get the court date later in May. Also has anyone heard of deviating the ruling?

Is there anyone that can help when it comes to Child Support?
It is so fustrating. We share custidy 50/50, we have them no more than she does and we pay for everything already!! The ex-wife is trying to make our marriage disolve. I have never in my life met a a man as wonderful as my husband and I know he was sent to me from up above. I just get so "ill" sometimes because of all the mess. I know it is not his fault, but I take it out on him sometimes.
HELP!!! I am so Fustrated!!
Well, lets see...I am new at this, but I really need someone to talk to. I was married in July of 2008 and the "drama" never stops with the biological mom. I get so fustrated at least once a week, because she is a narcissitic person and her life is not fulfilled unless she causes my husband and myself trouble.
