some small degree of vindication
If you've followed my story, you'll know why this is music to my ears: DH and BM are in a custody mediation today, submitting and discussing statement of issues, and BM has devoted some of her precious statement to ME (c'mon) and the complaint is in part that I won't allow her to hug me!!! And the mediator says to BM: "you have boundary issues."
THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Ha! Ha!
That is the funniest & saddest thing I've read all day!
Omg,lol,lol.
Lovers do not finally meet somewhere, they were with each other all along.
That is just to damn funny!!!!!!!!!!
well.....
Does she expect you to cook and clean and do laundry and have sex with her too? Does she not realize you married her Ex~ Not her. How funny. I would have jumped up and said, come give me a big ol' fat hug then if it will make you feel better. Maybe she just wants to cop a feel???? Sorry, I am feeling a bit goofy today.
Making the decision to have a child is momentous~ It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking outside of your body~
Haha
Her and my SS BM need to get together. I'm thoroughly convinced that she's secretly a lesbian who is madly in love with me and that's why she won't leave me alone!
*~So sayeth Nymh~*
At last
It's about time, right!!! YAY! Maybe BM will finally stop trying to put her coodies on you ;).
~THE EXERCISE THAT REALLY CHANGES YOUR LIFE IS WALKING DOWN THE AISLE~
You guys are funny I can't
You guys are funny I can't describe how good it felt to hear that. The more I hear about the mediation, the more validation I get. I say something and DH turns and looks at me and says "hey the mediator said exactly that". It's validating and frustrating all at the same time.
Ultimately, it's a minor victory. What I really want is for my DH to have more time with his kids, for their benefit and his.
P.S. I never told her not to hug me. Even though it made my skin crawl I didn't think it was worth getting into--remember, I HATE drama. She found out b/c I told DH that I thought it was ridiculous and he, in a particularly dense moment, decided to pass it on. (DH and I have had many, many discussions since about why he must never, ever say what I say to him, to her, for so many reasons!)
