BM basically let DH know today that she is taking the next two visits cause he had spring break this year via text message. (When the court order gives him the 1st, 3rd and 5th weekends.)

Oh well. . . . . no arguing and fussing from DH on this. We are filing contempt charges against her for taking visitation in Oct, Feb and Mar.

Now we will add April and May to the list as well. Probably going to have the lawyer drop the contempt charges in May now since she continues to not follow the court order. I guess she just believes that she can basically re-write the court order whenever she feels like it.

BM is digging a huge hole for herself when she gets before the judge. The new court order told her in September specifically to stop alienating SD from DH. And it has been 6 almost 7 months since court and she will be taking 6 visitations by the end of April.

I am saddened by this. She can tell husband how important the CS is to SD when it is received on the 1st day of the month. BUT some how she can not see how important it is to allow DH to have a relationship with SD when the court order gives him the time.

My guess she is upset SD had a great time on spring break here and just does not want to drive.

Oh well, we will continue to document that DH is attempting to exercise his visitation... and submit the evidence to court and the judge. BM can explain why she is in contempt of the court order and face the consequences.
