Just a little background. . . . BM has been the most childish, hateful individual anyone could ever deal with for the past couple of years - dating back to just after SD was born. All this time DH has been keeping documentation on her actions and filing her false abuse charges against us - this information has been kept up to date for 7 years now. 2009 the court order was re-written to get her to stop alienating DH from his daughter and the judge had her to sign an agreement that she understood she was to stop the alienation tatics.

Well - since then - she has been interfering with DH's visitation - and took 7 visits all together, has not shared any information about SD with DH, attempted to block him from the school and doctor and dance activites, gave him bogus receipts for prescriptions that do not belong to SD, and only let SD talk to her on a sporadic basis.

So DH had no choice to file the contempt case so that he can see his child for which he has joint custody and court order 1st, 3rd, 5th, and calling every night before bedtime. The court date was set for 12 July and BM got served on Monday.

The entire week DH has gotten to speak to his daughter and BM is "allowing" him to exercise his visitation this weekend. It is a shame he had to file this case - just to get her to act human with his relationship with his daughter.

Just a shame. At any rate - hopefully the court will be able to make sure DH gets to make up the time BM took from him this year. DH kept all of her nasty emails, text messages and the like from when she was blocking him. July 12 - will be a very interesting day in court. I just hope it is enough to get her to wake up and allow DH to be in his daughter's life without it being a constant struggle or fight.
