Quit- Restraining My Ex
Update- So I decided to give up with abusive ex and his unhealthy daughters who drained me oh so much. Today I didn't eat nor have I slept well.Law enforcement did nothing since it's verbal but he has a really heavy criminal record which I hope that my daughter can be under my custody fully and he can not take her. He lives in a garage with his daughters with no kitchen. He got mad because I told him they can't move back since they both have used drugs and been addicted/offered to my 11 year old. We have a newborn together and I am going to try my very best to restrain him. If i can't then to at least not take her with him. I heard I can block him if I feel if my life is in danger if I talk to him.... I hope so because he's blocked even if he's emailing me. He's smart enough not to email me or be verbally abusive in writing it's only in person OR by phone. I am afraid of the new challenge but here it goes! Court tomorrow morning.

I would fight for supervised
I would fight for supervised visitation because he doesn't live in an appropriate environment and his other children are using drugs which places your newborn at riskÂ
