Am I going to hell?
So it's been a fun year of legal chess moves, taking a page out of the Rags book of "rollup the court order and smack 'em on the nose with it when they get out of line." No attorney, so we've been doing it ourselves. Yesterday, we get an email from the opposing attorney. She's trying to act like everything is the same as it's always been, and she can call all the shots. Whoops! Doesn't work that way now that there is a solid court order. So I read the email, and while I know there's more crap to come, all I could think was...WINNING!!!
I'm pretty sure that means I'm going to hell }:) Does it make it worse that the lawyer sounded cranky, and that made me laugh?

The attorney is cranky
The attorney is cranky because she probably knows you're right and that she has an asshole for a client! }:)
That thought did occur And
That thought did occur And look, there I go again, giggling at someone else's expense. I'm definitely going to hell }:)
Haha - that was like when
Haha - that was like when BM's lawyer expanded our "No Contact" order to apply to BM as well - that neither DH or any of his family was allowed to contact BM in anyway.
So, DH started sending his half of the medical bills to BM's lawyer. I mean, the way her lawyer had the CO adjusted, if DH would have sent the checks directly TO BM, he would have been in Contempt!
Finally, her lawyer (they both went to HS with this guy) send a disgusted letter bitching about how he is not going to take these checks for the rest of the skids' minority ages! We laughed and laughed about that one.
By that time, I'm pretty sure he realized that he wasn't getting much if any money out of BM. Unless her rich family paid it.
