FLEA BITE BM IS MOVING AGAIN??? WHAT DO YOU THINK???
So we all know that she sucks at taking care of her son, but in court she said she was not moving again, and that she was buying the trailor she lives in now. Today on her myspace account it said,....is going furniture shopping for our new house!!!, so what do you think, this will be her 7th house move and if it is in a different district it will be my SS 10th daycare move this is why my DH took her to court for full custody, but we have court this Friday, how to prove she is moving before court. OR is she putting it on her myspace account to get me thinking, but she has said several times to her son infront of my DH that she is saving money for their new house, and my SS always talks about some gray house he saw on the computer Mommy is buying. My DH and I just built a house this summer so I know she is anxious to get out of the trailor and into a house, she rents right now. I do not care if she owns a house but I do care if she moves SS again, she said she was not going to move and that is why he started headstart. I think she is moving and is not worried about the outcome of the trail if she moves or not, because if she wins she will have full custodya and move him, if she loses and we get full custody she will only see him once a week and every other weekend, so why should if matter if she moves then, she does not care that if she wins he will have to make yet another daycare adjustment, 10 in 3 years. I pray we win, but time will tell, I just hope we can catch her admitting she is moving before court this Friday and have it come into court on Friday to show how unstable she is. I feel she should have a house but not at the cost of what her son will pay, yes my DH and I moved this summer, but if was his one move in 9 years and it was into our house, we our not moving again, SS is only 4!!!!

I don't see how moving will effect the court ruling
When we went to court for custody of the skids BM was HOMELESS. When H told the judge BM had been evicted she went off in court and told the judge that was not true that she just choose not to pay rent anymore. Here she was bouncing around from cousin to cousin and the judge still let her maintain 50/50 custody (better yet gave her back 50/50 custody because at the time we had the skids full time because she had gaven them to us until she got 'back on her feet' - she only asked for her portion of custody back because we took her to court - AND she told the judge THIS! - The judge basically told us H could not have full custody unless BM put the kids in danger - I think homeless and moving from home to home is unstable and dangerous. So I don't know about your state, but here unless BM is drugged out completly AND you can prove it, H will not get custody - I think we still live in the dark ages. Like my H said "A dead beat parent is a dead beat parent - gender does not make a difference!"
Well she has failed to get
Well she has failed to get him medical attention when needed, he had flea bites for 2 months before she finally did something about her house and then he had pink eye and gave him to us without taking him to a doctor first, she sucks as a mom.
