SS10 had never been to the dentist till I called cps the last time luckily he only needed three fillings one almost needed a crown but they could still fill it . BM still hasn't taken him it's been almost a year now and just last month he chipped the bad one and then she took him to have it pulled I felt so bad for SS. Of course she had no issue sending the bill for that but still has yet to send original consultation. SD7 on the other hand when cps was called she went in and BM refused to inform us what happened at the dentist only for us to be sent the name of the dentist a week after the appointment so we then had to contact the dentist to send us her info from appointment only to find our she had an upwards of 15+ cavities, needed 8 crowns, 2 pulpotomys and 4 additional fillings, she needed to be sedated twice to undergo all this work. She was taken in about a month after cps was called and received her first half of work , she was down about two days till she was fully recovered. It's been nearly 10 months and she has yet to have the other work done, now one of her teeth is chipped. BM and DH both seem to think it's no big deal cause it's her baby teeth I just view it as neglect personally . He claims it's better for the kids psychologically if I don't call cps again. I feel like their health is more important?! I am just at a loss . We have a child together or believe me I would be gone but I just hate sitting by with zero control over this child abuse !
