This pregnancy is draining
Fifth pregnancy, second child (the others ended in miscarriages). I'm 14 weeks and the all day sickness has somewhat subsided but I'm still just physically and mentally drained. I am completely unable to focus on work and have zero drive. I feel so guilty to have piles of work go unfinished. I'm also just mentally in a rut. It feels like the stress never ends

I was this way while I was
I was this way while I was pregnant. It's exhausting sometimes and for no reason at all. It's why I refuse to have anymore. Pregnancy just isn't for some and some pregnancies are completely different than others. Just take it one day at a time and indulge in whatever (fries and chocolate) will give you those little pick me ups to get through the day. Sorry you're having a rough go this time.
Thank you for responding! It
Thank you for responding! It makes me feel better to know others have felt the same way. It wasn't like this at all when I was pregnant with DD. This is the last one as well. I guess the saying of every pregnancy is different holds to be true...
Oh yes, I remember those
Oh yes, I remember those feelings of ughhhhh I am totally drained that first trimester.
It IS common. My hope for you is that you will start to perk UP from here on in. Towards the end I also recall slowing down a little.
I had several pregnancies, etopics and miscarriages too.
Sorry right now your not feeling well. Hang in there, ok?
**loved being pregnant in spite of feeling ucky. Worst part was going potty in the middle of the night..........
