I saw BM today!
She hasn't seen/talked to the skids or paid any child support for almost a year now. I saw her today at Wal-Mart and she was actually working there! She saw me too and you should have seen the look on her face!!!! LMAO!! She was not as happy to see me as I was her! We will be calling CS office in the a.m. to let them know where she is working. Maybe soon we will be getting child support or watching her arse make a trip to the slammer! I would be happy either way. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Me and DH have just filed for CS off BM as custody has changed to us having SDs fulltime. She reckons that as she is a student she doesn't have to pay but she does have to pay the minimum, also she is working part time and not paying tax. After talking to tax dept I know that they can watch her bank account and freeze it if necessary. I noted on the application about our belief that she is not paying tax so, she may be in for a rude shock soon

There's no excuse for her not seeing her children in a year. CS is the least she can do. Good for you for busting her. She may quit now that's she been found to avoid paying. I think that's how it works anyway, that if you get another job child support doesn't automatically follow you.
It doesn't always work....
I've heard that some judges get really pissed when a parent quits a job to avoid paying child support & they make them pay anyway. So if she tries to pull that, she may just have to go back & beg for her job (or quickly find a new one).
The daughter of someone I used to work with just went through this. Her daughter's father wasn't paying child support; he had a job that paid him under the table & claimed to the court that he didn't have a job. The judge saw through this & ordered him to pay child support. The guy was PISSED, but you know what? It's his responsibility to provide for HIS child, just like BM should be doing.

I expect she will quit now that she has been found out. But, here in KY there is a "New Hire" law that requires employers to report all employees to the government within 20 days of their hire date. It doesn't matter whether they have kids or not, they get reported. So, no matter how many jobs she goes to she will always be registered. This is how our state gets updated addresses, phone #'s, etc. on these people too.
I am betting she doesn't know about the new hire law though and we already reported her to the CS office and they said they would be contacting her employer. he he he. hallelujah!

Amen sister! This crazy bitch didn't even show up for the CS hearing, so they set her CS anyway and it has been building up past due amounts ever since. They set it at minimum wage since they didn't have any wage earnings statements for her, but now we can have it modified and they will make her get health insurance too which will also help with doctors' bills.
