For the third consecutive visit - my SD has not come with her medications. (Absolutely NO Medications!) She usually comes with 4 - 5 at a time most other visits.

Over the past 6 years - BM has made DH believe all these medications were absolutely necessary. Just last summer she sent DH an email stating SD could die on his watch after she found out we had latex ballons at a birthday party here in VA. (Not to mention she had them as well at the birthday party the day before)

DH called her and asked how come only off brand grape flavored cough medicine came..... none of the prescriptions. BM responds the doctor says that all of the meds are not to be used on an as needed basis. But did not send them as there were not needed here and she did not have time to fill the meds. HUH!

The doctor told this to DH a year ago and said BM was over-reacting... BM still kept sending all these meds.............

Asthma pump, Nebulizer, Allergy Liquids, Creams, Allegra, Nasal Spray and other stuff. At one time 9 medications were coming for her to take daily. DH kept calling the doctor to tell him that we never experienced any issues here in VA, no symptoms, and that SD did't even know what asthma was.

Not only this - last month BM attempted to file a court case - stating SD's medical expenses were so great that she needed financial help with the costs..... Once that was dismissed - because she only has to give DH the receipt and it would be reimbursed to her....... Now SD does not come with any prescribed medications at all - just over the counter stuff.

I am so curious as to how SD's medical conditions changed according to her motion for more child support being dismissed. Geez!

But the lawyer has received the information on that and SD actually being out trick or treating when BM said she was deathly ill and could not travel for visitation (by doctor's note).

Lawyer is waiting until Feb when the new court date for child support yet again is coming.... (BM told DH since it didn't get adjusted for medical costs.... she is going to sue him for an increase and for him to cover her medical insurance costs..... we live out of state and dont have national coverage and cant do it - as the judge told her 6 months ago when she did this them........) So this will likely be another year of BM taking us to court again every 3 - 4 months for something.

We are steady gathering information and evidence on parental alienation against her to use in court - as we are sure she is going to be uspet this year... that SD is with us for Spring Break and that will encompass her birthday.... DH has never had SD for her birthday and SD is 7 years old - it has always been afterwards.......... We know this will be sketchy this year.....
