BM... UGH!

BM just emailed us. 'have you paid your portion of Dr.so and so's bill. If not it is going to collections, you need to pay your half. LOl we have never seen a bill and we cant pay our half to BM we have flex spending credit card we use. Dr's office wont talk to us as she wont sign a release to allow us access to the doctors records. We subeonaed the accounts and they sent all records. But no records showing any bills were owed. It is soo frusterating. The doctor tells us we owe money, and they wont send us any bills but they will send us to collections.
It is a problem. BM wants us to go away but wants us to pay our 1/2 of the bills but refuses to sign a simple paper so we can have access to pay the bill. WHAT THE HELL....

Who carries the insurance?
If your name isn't on the account they're not sending you to collections, they're sending her.
Document everything.

this is just one of the tricks in bms arsenal. jump through a hoop you can't get to! you can't get to it because she won't allow it. circle of madness. its because bms have a blockhead that refuses to have compassion on anyone but themselves. its like denial and they just can't see it.

you know what our BM has started doing? She doesnt cash the checks for medical expenses that DH sends. I mean we're talking like a $7 check here, a $10 check there, but still! You KNOW shes going to pull the old "he never paid." And if we send it certified mail she refuses to pick it up? Um, what to do then??
