So just got done talking to my husband, already this morning i have had to deal with washing bed sheets and giving SD a bath. Getting her dressed and had to put her lotion on cause she does not know how to do all this on her own. When she gets dressed she is still putting her shirts, pants and panties on backwards...WOW REALLY!!! On top of that my husband wants me to talk to SD in a baby "more nicer" voice as he would say. UMMM no!!! Im not going to sit and talk to her like she is a baby. The only one that should get that treatment is our actual baby (he is 2 months old) But he said that i should try this to see if it helps her get out of the not talking to me. If i have to talk to her like that then i rather her not talk to me at all.

Well the reason im jumping for joy (inside only) lol Is that husband said if this dont work or if i dont want to try it then he'll just give her to her back to BM!!! Hell yeah, im all up for this. But then he got an attitude with me like its all my fault that she is acting like this. And told me that that "well at least she is talking to you know, isn't that what you wanted?" Umm no not if im going to act like she is a baby no im not.

Well anyways im soo ready for her to be gone and out of my house. But on the other hand i feel kinda bad that she is having to go back to her mom cause she don't even care about her safety. But that is HER mom, RIGHT!!! She need to take her child and deal with her. Not leave it up to me and her father to do all the grunt work and she take all the credit for it..
Also i dont how im going to feel about him having to dish out $500 a month for her to go to a daycare. Thats money that could be used in the our home. Cause god forbid she actually want to help out with the month to month bill..

Im confused and overjoyed at the same time....

No there is not court order at all. We have her all the time cause she works all the time. Thats the only reason she is with is. I did forget to say that this may not even be his child. When she got prego she was sleeping with 2 men. The other dude split when he found out she was pregnant. And the good man that my husband is stayed and took the roll of being the DADDY. Now i told him that he needs to get a DNA test, but he's like "well it wont matter, cause if it shows that im not im still going to be there for her nothing is going to change." Well it sure will change everything for me, i really wont have to be nice to her at all. He is not on child support or anything yet. He has a court date for June cause she put his name on the medicaid form. And they are trying to get someone to pay back the money the government is paying out. And i hope that he will have to take a DNA test then. I really do hope that is shows that he is not the father, then that will be more money for me and my kids and i wont have to feel bad when i tell BM to go F herself..LOL

Well as far as the child support thing, we have at least 10-15 affidavits stating that SD is with us 5-6 days a week. We also have pic of where she has been burned with the iron and 3 times...SMDH!!!

BM tried sending me a friend request on Facebook, im like im not even friends with you real life so why in the hell would i be your friend on facebook. Get the fuck outta here bruh!!! Just stupid ass hell..

But i have all the receipts where we have bought her clothes, shoes, socks, jackets and even down to the pack of panties... My mom is a paralegal so she helped me out with all that mess

Well she says that she is running around and the iron had fell on her..BS i think why the hell would you let a child run around an iron. And then it has happened 3 different times..OKAY really now, come on!!!!
Well i hope that its not an drag out long ass process with him and BM. Hopefully its that he is not the father or that ill have end up having her in my house till she is 18. "maybe she'll run away before then"
Ohh and for the first time i was able to go get her from her moms house, and thats only because daddy was out of state for work. Well he called her and gave her plenty of time to get SD ready, Well wheni got there she was still looking for her shoes and her bag. SMH!!! And then the first thing that she says to me when i get SD in the car is that she is hungry. Well, i was shocked to have her talking to me let alone telling me what she wanted. I asked her if her mommy feed her and she said i had some cereal. Really for lunch you gave a child cereal and thats all. And it was dry cereal at that. Well my husband knows how my temper is and how i get when around stupid people. I have LATIN blood..lol
