I took SS5 to school yesterday for his 1st day. I walked him into class and all the jazz with out any issues - why is that so impressive? Apparently BM has nothing but issues with him and getting him to go to school.

Last week FDH asked BM if she was going to take SS5 to Kindergartener Orientation, which was from 1 to 3 last Thursday, if not I was available to take him. BM said she would so Thursday BM txt'ed FDH at 1:26 P.M. they were all done and leaving the school. She added that SS5 didn't want to do anything while he was there so that was why they were leaving ( I think if she had stayed longer he might have done something). He was about to throw a fit. She added that she was putting him on the Bus this year because she just couldn't handle all the crying and clinging that he does when she goes to drop him off at school.

She txt me the night before to ask if I would send her a picture of the boys 1st days of school (I sent her 10 because I wanted to show her that I had no issues - both kids were happy and excited).

So this is how it went, I drove them to school because of an issue with the bus set up (thanks to BM) SS5 got out of the car, walked up to the doors and waited nicely. We took SS7 to his room first then I asked SS5 where his room was and he took me by the hand and lead me to it. I asked him to find his name on the 'lockers' and he put his bag in there then he walked into the classroom. I greeted the teacher and BM must of made such a wonder impression on her because she informed me that she got 'my' e-mail. It must have been the funny look I gave her or my introducing myself because she later changed to to the email 'mom' sent. But I when left SS5 was in the classroom checking stuff out.

Now today for whatever reason Bm is bring 'treats' into the class because she told SS7 that she would. I think she just wants to spy on the kids.
