Bm's parents got her a lawyer so now the order granting my DH primary custody was taken back and are now currently going by previous arrangements :/ we will now go through court hearing for review at the end of January judge ordered a child investigator and thats were we are at Sd continues to say she wants to live with us and even told brother and bm this BM just told her she didnt want to talk about it and hung up the phone. SS now changed his mind about living with us because he has to do as we say and he cant take it. Anyways Dh has his first meeting with the child investigator is will be going along. My question for those of you who have had to deal with a child investigator what is your advice?

Dh submitted his motion to modify parenting time and parental responsibilities and Bm responded to his motion a day late, few days after that judge granted Dh motion, after receiving order Dh got kids and we started following new order mean while BM got a lawyer he filed that Bm was not granted a fair trial and that was ripped of her rights judge then went on to say she never saw Bm's response and the rescinded order and placed and order for a child investigator and other court dates. hope that clarifies things

wow wish that would have been the case with us, she did get lucky and i hope for the kids sake that that is the end of her luck she has done way to much damage to those kids.
