So we have court tomorrow regarding dh's motion to have children living with us, well investigator didnt feel there was anything wrong and that kids should remain with bm and just suggested Dh get one extra night a month and split summer 50/50. If only the kids would have said what really has happened when she has had her substance issues thing in my opinion would be different oh well not my kids. So now her Attorney is asking for Dh to pay her fees. Attorney is also miscalculating child support calculations and is trying to add bm's unborn offspring to try and have DH pay more when he should pay less. Oh and guess what after all these years of Bm not proving insurance she now wants to provide it and have DH drop his coverage guess why it impacts child support. It makes me sick to think of how these idiots get away with things. Sorry for the small vent.
