Oh, God forgive me. After hearing all the hate that SD21 and SD16 are spewing on Twitter and FB about SO, me and my BKs, I lost it. I posted a status on FB and called them out. I said that if they were going to use social media to lie and hurt my family, I would call them out EVERY time. I know I shouldn't have and all my friends probably think I've flipped and I'm a drama queen, but DAMN! I've never known people SO hateful! It's beyond my realm of comprehension.

Delete that post. I am just like you. I fly off the off the handle when anyone attacks my family or my loved ones. However, Facebook is a stage for people to get off on your misfortunes. Don't fuel the fires. Let them burn out on their own.

agreed! ^^^^ there have been many times that I have wanted to blast BMs and/or skids for the whole world to see what a bunch of freaks they are... but alas, I refrain as difficult as it is! I refuse to let them know that they get to me. If BM or skids ever stalk my FB it is all rainbows and glitter and my life is just perfect! I think THAT is the best revenge. }:)

Every time you see something hateful or nasty posted about you or your family, post something beautiful or nice about that same family member, or some other random person Smile

Yikes! that would tick me off too! I have done the same thing, post something and then remove it... because WE ARE BETTER THAN THAT!

OP the Skids are not worth your time, a headache, or your attention. Kill them with kindness if you must. Dirol

A solution is to block and un-friend them on Facebook, twitter, and any other social media site all of you lose. They may be full of hate but you don't have to let the hate get to you.

I agree with anon. I have blocked my skids and/or am not friends with them on FB, and if they have twitter or anything else, I am oblivious to it. I DO NOT want their drama anymore, so I have withdrawn from their lives. It has helped me to keep my sanity!

I know you all are right. I DO have them blocked, but we live in a very small place, and somehow they find out EVERYTHING that I post. On the flip side, my children and I have to hear all the hatred they post, too.

It wasn't TOO bad, was it? This was my post:

Oh, SD16, baby. Please make your Twitter private so I don't have to hear about the hate you spew. I WANT you to have a relationship with your father, you know that. I have defended ALL of you to your father. Funny how all three of you told me how much closer to your dad you were until SD21 flipped. What have your father or I done to hurt YOU??? Because your sister, your idol, cussed and hurt him and me the way that she has to you and SD14, that makes US bad? Sorry, but you know I don't allow MY kids to act like that. This is your choice, not his. And if it makes me immature to respond to each and every one of your hateful jabs at your father, so be it. He's a good damn father. And from now on, I WILL respond. LIE about us, and I WILL call you out. This is your loss, and yeah, me and my kids will benefit from it. But that wasn't our choice. It was yours. All we wanted was a happy family of eight. I'm just glad that there are three kids that love him the way he deserves to be loved.

Can you still see what they say if you have them blocked on twitter? I should think that's not a possibility, but I don't tweet much anymore.

You do not have to hear all the hatred they post and neither do your kids. You should ask people to stop repeating what they post to you and your kids.

Its not that I don't understand where you are coming from however its still ammo for them. People who have a problem won't see it until they are ready to and they don't sound like they are. Give them about ten more years and then they might warm up to their dad a little, just my opinion of course.

I like what Anon suggested "You should ask people to stop repeating what they post to you and your kids." and it would reduce the unnecessary stress.

I actually don't have a Twitter account. They are blocked from my FB, but the info usually comes from my kids. I'm pretty sure they are hearing it from friends. I doubt they are stalking. I have told my friends not to tell me things they see or hear, I guess I should tell my kids to do the same, although I'm not sure how much it will help. Thanks ladies, just help keep me straight....I'm losing it here.

I want to get to that place where I WANT to take the high road. Right now, I just want to turn their spoiled asses over my knee and give them the spankings they deserved years ago. I did talk to my therapist yesterday, and I am feeling a little bit better.
