Motion To Withdrawl

So BM lawyer filed a motion to withdrawl to be heard today with DH motion to abate child support. Wonder how that will affect things?

We have the custody hearing scheduled for the end of July. If the Judge grants the withdrawl and BM doesnt hire a new lawyer we should still get to have our final hearing right???

hell this BM has been throught the criminal court system so many times she is well aware that she can request a continuance! She is the master of getting cases continued. She managed to get one DWI case pushed off for 1.5 yrs. By doing that she was able to finish her probabation and SIS for a previous DWI before she had to plead guilty to the newest one and thereby avoiding a 30 day jail sentence! This same lawyer is represnting her on her 4 current criminal charges.... wonder if he is going to withdrawl from those as well }:)

I am pretty sure that is his reason. Or can they withdrawl because thier client is a complete total fuck up Blum 3

Yes he is.

We have not heard a thing from DFS about BM having a place to live of her own. She is still with her boyfriend.

Also she doesnt even call him every night like she did at first. And she was requesting 2 visits a week and now those have dwindled down to 1 last week and this week so far nothing.
