Anybody want to share their New Year's Resolution? Any hopes, plans, goals for 2017.

What are you going to do to make your life better in the new year?

1. Exercise 5 days a week.
2. Commit to family game night 1x per week.
3. Do bedtime stories consistently. (We have too many nights where other stuff is taking priority and my boys are missing their stories.)

Absolutely! One of the 'exercise' days is going to be Pokemon Go hunting with BS4 in the park, lol. I used to work on my feet all day, moving around a lot. Then I had BS4, sold my horse, changed to my current job (IT, so sitting all day), had another baby, and went through a custody battle vicariously. I'm a stress eater so I gained a lot of weight and stopped moving. As long as I get my @ss out of the chair and moving I'll be happy. Smile

1) Quit Smoking.

2) Get back on a gym and healthy eating routine.

3) Full on disengage. After the events of the weekend and the last 6 month I am washing my hands with all things SO and BM. It isn't even so much the SKIDS. I've been disengaged for a VERY long time. I have still been advising (when asked) SO with BM issues and the CO. SO asks my advise then doesn't listen and gets burned and in return causes issues for me and me and him. In the matter of 6 months we've had a DYFS investigation, went back to court was granted what I thought as an idiot proof CO and the BOTH of them have manipulated it to suit themselves when needed, had the cops called on xmas day to his Moms house. I AM DONE!!!! You stuck your D*&k in that C*&t you deal with her for the next 9 years. I am OUT!

4) find new hobbies to help with #4

3. Use the $100 a week I have been stashing since I quit smoking on a nice get away for all four of us.

i want to get to a better place financially. i just dont know how!

not a resolution or goal but a hope - i hope hubby's health improves.

My DH is big on superstition. According to superstition, what you do the first hour of the New Year will be what you do most of the year.

I'm not even sure we can stay awake until the first hour of the New Year!

I am just going to do my best to start the first day (maybe not hour) of 2017 in a productive, creative, healthy manner and try to carry that on. So, no sitting on the couch, eating crap and drinking wine, on January 1.

I don't make resolutions because I never keep them and then I feel like a loser. So my resolution is to not make a resolution and be a winnnnnnerr!
