Got any tips for upcoming home study?

We are in the process of a stepparent adoption (my DH adopting my BD). In our state it is required to have a home study by a social worker.
Does anyone have any tips or stories to share about their home study? I'm not sure what to expect... is she going to be looking in our medicine cabinets and dresser drawers? Do I need to remove my banned books from the house??
