When SD11 decides to skip our weekend to spend more time with BM.

Two free weekends in a row! It's so nice to just relax around the house without SD11 screaming for attention every 7 seconds!

The only time I really get to experience the glories like this is during the holidays. BM never wants to hand her over for a holiday since she's 'only going to enjoy this stuff for so much longer!'

Ha. I know the feeling. I literally count the minutes till the s-kids are with their mother.

Can you imagine my joy when SD21 stopped visitation altogether at 15? And she wasn't that bad of a kid!

I don't think I could do this if I were a full time Stepmom. I would have ran away a long time ago!

Just four days a month is enough to drive me bonkers! I just feel like a stranger comes into my home and intrudes on my life for a couple of days! She's never thankful for anything and always bitching.

Otherwise she isn't a bad kid ... she's just not MY kid.

I feel the same way. SD isn't that bad but its the constant need for attention that drives me batty. She is 13 and acts like a 2 year old but wants to be treated like an adult. :?
