Dear Valued Users,

It's with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of StepTalk.org on August 31st, 2025.

This decision wasn't an easy one. For over twenty years, StepTalk has been a source of support for stepparents around the world! However, over the years, the costs associated with maintaining and upgrading the site to remain secure, meet current standards and maintain availability have become unsustainable.

We are incredibly grateful for your support, contributions and the community you've helped us build. Your engagement has made StepTalk.org a special place and we cherish the memories and connections made here.

We would especially like to thank Aniki for volunteering to be a moderator and for caring so much.

I need anyone that is willing to give me examples.

Like my prior posts of my fucked up situation, I would lije to hear from others how they define codependency. My husband's kid is needy, lazy and I really suspect manipulative...especially when my husband told his kid not to tell anyone that he was planning on separating. Of course, the kid told EVERYONE on Facebook about this. I also have a problem, and told my husband that his kis needs to stay the fuck out of our business and husband needs to quit telling him things, cussing me out and blami g me for everything when it cones to his kid being a lazy wkthless asshole.

I'm not deleting my Facebook. If they wanna snoop and see whats written on there and get their feelings hurt, fuck em. Me venting is the only thing I have because I have no one else to turn to.
