I ran my own in-home daycare for 10+ yrs. I love kids. My skids are NOT kids, they are evil little brats. With my daycare I was paid, my daycare kids behaved, at the end of the day they went home, and I had weekends OFF.... Oh and if I had a child that was just uncontrollable behavior wise I could tell the parents I couldn't watch said child (only happened once in 10 yrs). With my step kids.... They never behave.. and when I try to punish them they literally scream and cry they whole time instead of just excepting he punishment. They don't go home at night or weekends, and I don't get a dime!! 9 straight weeks of babysitting 24/7 my sd12, sd10, and ss8 and I am ready to strangle them!
