BM is completely Screwing up the Kid

DH and BM have been divorced for almost 4 years. Right after the divorce, DH only got SS every other Saturday from 8am - 4pm. They (Her and DH) thought that it was best that he not have overnights until he was older and got used to them being divorced. He was 3 when they divorced. I am the only person that DH has dated since the divorce. He waited a year to introduce me to his son (4 at this time). I completely understood his logic in this as I was a single mother (BS 10 at the time) and he was the first guy that I had ever dated to meet my son.

Different Rules at Different Homes

I am both a BM (S13, S2) and soon to be SM (SS7). In my home, I want all three boys to abide by the same rules. BS13 is a straight a student, no discipline problems, a really good kid. BS2 is your typical 2 year old, head stong, wide open all the time. My soon to be SS7 is in general a good kid. However, BM allows him to do whatever he wants and talk to her however he wants. He also lies ALOT. If he does something he knows we do not allow him to do and we catch him, he blames my 2 year old. He will even say that BS2 bites, hits him when he does not just to get him in trouble.

In the state of Alabama, there is a formula, using the "Rule 32" to calculate CS. Anyway, according to the formula and "rule", my fiance should be paying right at $600 per month CS as he is paying $550 per month for Health/Dental insurance. This is the modified amount. He was paying $2000. THIS IS FOR 1 KID. She sends him to our home on rags. These rags are also what she sent him to school in that day!! Everytime we turn around, she is asking for more money. She makes $45,000 a year, my fiance makes $49,000 per year.
