Seriously just wondering if anyone here actually has a decent BM?

So if your read my blog earlier today about the Foot, hand, mouth virus you already know how pissed I am about it. DH was really pissed when he got home and I laid it all out for him. So we looked it up on WebMD and sent BM a link to inform her on it. Followed by something along the lines of "A heads up would have been nice since you knew about this Monday. Its serious and very contagious. I hope you at least notified her school and her dance teacher. 20 mins or so later still no response. Pretty surprised the house phone hasn't rang yet with a screaming foaming BM yet.

So last weekend BM tells DH they have to discuss some crap (they are supposed to do this every june incase of any possible changes). Dh says ok give me a few days to get dates figured out and I will get back to you. I picked SD up Friday which is the start of the new summer schedule. She will be here for about 2 1/2 weeks (however BM will see her today for her recital which is sucking up the entire day with the driving time). BM starts blowing up the cell phone during the day Friday.

SO far we have passed the info Rickyticky so nicely informed me of on to our lawyer and he did his research and we got the papers that were submitted to the court today and it sounds good. Now just have to wait and see what the judge says. Looks pretty cut and dry though. I don't see how the court could argue the facts put right infront of them. Fingers crossed and Rickyticky I may owe you a HUGE THANK YOU!!! I know we all try to be anonymous on here but damn Id like to send you flowers! Thanks so much already! We wouldn't have known (nor would our lawyer) if it wasn't for you!
