OK, so I know its not ideal, but for now I am a bit happy at the current resolution. Munchkin SD13 called her mother, Toxic Troll, last night and she was told that Feral Forger SD20 would again be living with them in the new apartment.

Which caused her to cry a bunch. I tried bolstering her, but eventually she told me "please dont try to comfort me right now", and I just backed right off immediately and told her I would be there for her if she needs me. She said "ok", as if surprised. Pleasantly surprised.

Which was a surprise, but perhaps not. She might have noticed that I wasnt that upset or sympathetic when she was crying about FF "beating on her mother", but still getting all the attention.

I just let it go and the atmosphere got much brighter.

When DH asked Toxic Troll about the visitiation schedule while she was moving, all he got was "I dont know", so we have had Munchkin SD13 for 6 nights instead of our typical 5, and we still have not had any discussions about the remainder of the month.

Im picking my battles and not getting in the middle of things. I did like my alone time, and adult time with DH, but he will need to step up to the plate and actually have a discussion...!

And continue paying his allotted child support. And HES going to cook and buy all meals. I am backing WAAAAAAAY off. Munchkin can cry all she wants without solace from me. I'm just so relieved, that now (for now at least) Feral Forger is still Toxic Trolls problem.
