A week in the life...

So this week was eventful. My SS11 had his 5th grade continuation on Wednesday (it's like a mini-graduation from elementary school) and of all the over 100 students, he acted like a fool on the stage and was a complete embarrassment. So I told him he was grounded when he got off the stage. Of course, that became MY fault. I know that I probably just should have waited until we got home, but I didn't realize the fight I would be in when I grounded him.

Going to write a book

So I told SS11 that I am going to write a book about his poor pathetic life. He acts like he is the most abused child on the planet when I ask him if he did his homework and make him redo something. He lies on a regular basis and it's all for what???? You might be able to guess: video games Smile I have to be honest here with how I feel: SS11 is basically a waste of space at this point.

We have custody of SS and BM gets visits every other weekend and every Monday night. At this point she can't take him overnight on Sunday nights and Monday mornings because her "medicine" makes her too tired to wake up. It's quite the coincidence that this problem with waking up occurred within days of him calling the police on her for a fight she was having with her boyfriend.
