Brief description:

I am on SSD - perm. disabled. He pays CS - we have 50/50 custody, week on week off. Since we are married, I will now start receiving SSD payment for the three boys and receiveing just like I did for my own flesh and blood biological daughter. QUESTION, does the father have to claim it as "his" income in domestic relations court if there would ever be a modification filed?? If so, why? If not, why?
