I will be the GRINCH this year, NO presents for SS8, too drastic? thoughts please

I have decided to remove ALL presents from SS8 this year. Additionally, all the wrapped presents that his dad got for him on his vacation, I will have SS8 personally drop them in the TOYS FOR TOTS box. Last night, he decided to call me a name, disrespect everyone and then laugh about it. He has been doing this shit the whole year and I am fedup of him. Because of all three skids bad behavior mostly triggered by him, this year, restaurants and other places of business have respectfully requested that we leave.

I don't care if your Aunt died BM.. that's not my emergency

No we will not take the kids on our weekend because your aunt died not even for 4 hours... how is this an emergency again? When will BM learn that we are not babysitters and actually due to their kids behavior, the less time I spend with them, the better.. SS8 ruins all of my encounters with them, she gets child support & alimony and can afford to get hire the babysitter. When I was in delivering and my 3 day old son was sick, did we call her to take her BRATTY kids back on our weekend, no, we handled it.. so handle your sh*t

SS8 turned off our heater last night (I live in NY and by the water, it is cold here)in the summer, they turned it up to 100 degrees in our room where my 3 weeks old son was sleeping. It appeared that SO was going to be serious about taking action saying to SS8, telling him he is not going to ice skating, then SS8 screams out, "YOU NEVER TOLD ME THAT I COULDNT TURN IT DOWN, YOU SAID NEVER TURN IT UP"....WOW SO feel for that and was speaking to him as if he needed babying and yes he is going to the event... I AM LIVID because I dislike SS8 and feel like blowing up at SO.

SS8 needs to go seriously!!!

SS8 has been terrorizing his siblings for almost a year now, he has low self esteem no question, he gets satisfaction from seeing other hurts and he is not able to focus (I think he has ADD or something). His younger brother has suffered the most at the hands of his brother's bullying. SS8 does everything, hit, scream, tease, pinch you name, he does it.
