How much should a bio dad know about his 21 y/o daughter's birth control and menstrual cycle?

I'm from an older generation where "women things" weren't discussed in front of or with dads.  Of course, periods needed to be shared with boyfriends, fiances, and husbands.  How to prevent kids, how to conceive them.  I would have died before I talked about my period with my dad.

Is This Guy an AH?

I have a daughter with my ex wife, and I have a son with my partner.

My partner, son and daughter all live with me. My daughter spends 1-2 nights per week at her mum’s.

My ex-wife has mental health issues, and as a result flakes quite a lot on arrangements because she struggles.

I grew up with separated parents, and my dad would come over for Christmas, have a coffee with my mum at handovers etc, and it always meant a lot for me.

Many of you on here know about my feline companion.  The BEST companion any girl/woman would want to have.

Fuzzy Umpkins walked over the Rainbow Bridge today.  I had him for 17 years, and every single second of it was fun.  He had such an intelligent, funny personality, and he could cuddle like no other cat on earth.  You'd think a queen size bed would be big enough for a human and cat.  Not according to him.  He'd manage to take up the entire bed - AND the covers - and leave me with about 3 inches of mattress.
