Am I being a crazy BM?

My 13 year old son is on spring break while I work and is home and bored. His BF is 30k behind in CS and rarey sees him. CS has finally started leaning on him to pay. So yesterday he picks up BS and says he's taking him to the park..... After a quick stop by the Child support office!!!!!! You believe BS dad took him to the CS office. I'm in shock. I do not PAS my BS. I rarely says anything about his BF. Am I crazy to be pissed he took our son there and most likely bad mouth me the whole way there?

IRS and Injured spouse vent

I files our taxes this year just like last year with the injured spouse form attached so that BM wouldn't get my share of the tax return. last year when we filed we got roughly 1/2 of our return back, the rest went to BM, which is fine, that was DH's 1/2.
THis year we filed the same form, but made a little more in 2009. When i called the IRS to see when we could expect a return i was told the IRS would be keeping more than 3/4 of our return. Was $4,500- we're getting $800 back. I'm irrate.

I don't post too often. mostly i just read for advice. However, just a refresher before i ask for advice. I have a DS10 who's father is in prison (which means no CS and no EOW visits). he has been in jail off and on for years but this is the longest time he's been away, he has another 1 1/2 years. Honestly i'd rather cut all contact with XH because i feel his bad influence outweighs any good thing he could possibly do for DS. I've been divorced from XH for 7 years now. I am remarried but am currently separated from DH and going to counseling to work on our issuse.

I've been reading this site for a few weeks now and find myself agreeing with alot of what you say. Here is my background:
I have a DS9. His father is in prison and has been for over a year. he has a few more years of time to serve. I was divorced from XH when DS was 3 and XH has always been a POS; rarely came to see DS for visits, never paid CO CS, was a total bad influence and role model to DS. Of course now that XH is in prison he has once again been saved and is promising DS the world when he gets out.
