Satan’s original life plan was: continue grifting her rich grandfather (that's an interesting story), get DH to marry her, produce one child aka paycheck, bankrupt DH, divorce him, take allllll his assets, including his home equity and 401k, collect CS, skim extras off the top, go on disability, put Killjoy on disability, collect lifetime CS and extras, find a new Mealticket, keep his income too, kill off her siblings, get GBM's money.  Possibly get her hands on any inheritances from the deaths of MIL/FIL, then DH, then probably me.

The Vacation Saga, a huge subject, but background-only for this post:  Spring Break 2016, our umpteenth family vacation blowup.  Who could be miserable at a five-star luxury resort?  A skid.  Killjoy12 spent the first few days playing the Guess Why I’m Pouting Now game, with a smirk on her face.  She got in a lot of trouble for all the tantrums she threw, then walked away from me when I was reprimanding her.  After the second day, DH enrolled her in the Little Kids Club Daycamp, resort kiddie jail, and she was the oldest kid there, chronologically at least, how embarrassing for her.  We als

Having a hard time wrapping my brain around a few things

Many of you probably remember that I kicked my DH and SD (Killjoy16.5) to the curb a year ago.

 

1 )  DH and I are legally separated for tax purposes, but we are trying to work things out and reunite when Killjoy graduates.  One of my stipuations was that DH had to tell her why she was kicked out, and warn her that law enforcement would be involved if she were to pull a stunt like that again.

I guess I'm not that suprised at her reaction:  "I wish that day never happened."

So, as some of you may know, I gave DH an ultimatum.  One way or another, he and Killjoy15 needed to move out of my house asap.  He opted to cooperate, so I found him a condo two blocks from our home where he can spend the week with Killjoy and come home when Killjoy is at sports or in Satan's loving care.  When Killjoy graduates, he can come home permanently.  It is expensive when we should be doing makeup with our retirement savings, but I was losing my mind and this is cheaper than divorce.
