Divorce drama continues...

I wrote before about the crazy BM that is holding off on agreeing with any of the proposals to settle this thing once and for all. Well a few weeks ago it seemed like she was ready to try and negotiate. Now that SS15 has seen the light and wants to stay with us she was desperate to make sure that they would have equal custody of the kid. On top of that she wants to claim the kid for taxes for 2 yrs. No cs from either and SO will pay insurance. Ok not too bad, she actually comes out ahead.

SO has been trying to finalize divorce for a year now. I'm not sure why it should take this long. Well, I take that back. The BM of course wanted everything under the sun given to her. She would let the skid stay at our house anytime so we documented that he would never spend more than 8 days with her a month. SO's atty sent a proposal to see if they could agree amicably but BM would always take forever before responding with another ridiculous proposal. She wants full child support but wants to split the time one week on and off.

I've been reading your blogs for a few months now. Very comforting to know I'm not alone. I have a wonderful SO. We've been together for 4 yrs and living together for 2. He has 2 kids girl 18 and boy 15. Unfortunately still not divorced but in process. BM is an entitled selfish bitch.
