My husband's ex-wife wants to change their son's name to her new husband's (of one year)last name. This seems ridiculous to us as my husband/his dad works very hard to provide a very comfortable lifestyle for his son. He and his son have a good relationship, but the ex is very manipulative. Has anyone encountered this? If so, any advice?
