That really has a lot to do with the last name, but I'm not going to ask what it is for privacy purposes of course. I've always loved Marlee as a name. I think Marlee Shae is a great name
*~So sayeth Nymh~*
Yeah the last name is the
Yeah the last name is the clincher! I do like it though! When I think of a name I think of people I know with that name and I love Marlee Matlin (sp?)….Are either of the names people you know personally? i.e. an aunt/grandmother?
Make a GREAT Day!
I like it
It's not too common but not "out there" either.....good choice!
Wasn't there a Marlee in
some soap or something.. I like it..Its very pretty and different.. I have a different name as well. So different is good. Beautiful and

Yep.
Marley Love Hudson (and twin sister, Vicky) both played at one time by Anne Heche on Another Wolrd.

I was thinking that!
I used to watch a lot of AW, so I was thinking of Marley Love when I was reading this.
skye~ even if you do end up having a boy, maybe you could name him Marlon/ Marlen?
Here's the trick!
Here's what I did when thinking of names for my babies... I made lists of all the names I liked, both boys and girls, and then tried to imagine calling someone in their 60s or 70s by that name. Try to envision not the new baby or the rambunctious toddler or even the teenager... try to imagine them as grandparents answering to the same name fifty, sixty, seventy years later. Think of them as adults with a boss who will have to call them by that name, as well as schoolchildren who will have classmates who call them by that name. Have three or four ready that you like, because when your baby pops out, she might or might not LOOK like a Marlee! Picking baby names is hard!
I like Marlee... it's not going to embarrass her as a child, it will fit her as an adult and it's not too cutesy for a grandmother or businesswoman. When she is born and you look at her for the first time, you'll know whether or not it's the right name for your daughter.

I had kind of wanted another boy first and then a girl but it really doesn't matter to me either way. This pregnancy is just WAY different. I guess that why I'm guessing the opposite of what I already have. Plus, I know its not scientific or anything but this ones heart rate is usually around 165-170. My sons was always under 155. We will see soon. My hubby doesn't like Shae as a middle name so, scratch that part I have been posting pic of my belly at a pregnancy website. You can all check it out if you want to

Your pics are adorable! I wish I had it together enough to do the same. Soooo busy!
Marlee is a very nice name, by the way. I like names that are unusual without being weird or hard to pronounce. In picking names, I try to steer clear of the Top 100 lists so my kids won't be the 6th "Emily" or "Jacob" in their kindergarten class. (Those two just happen to be the top girl and boy names for 2005, for the sake of argument. Both great names, just super popular right now.)
Oh and Skye22, your son has the same name as my brother! I've always really liked it.
skye...
I remember not to long ago we were all a little paranoid over the fact that our 007 status on this site might be jeopardized…your proverbial “cat” is officially out the bag now that we’ve seen your picture! LOL!
Make a GREAT Day!
Oh no, I'm really scared now
Oh no, I'm really scared now ! LOL Never been good at the 007 thing. I like you all too much.

AT luch I noticed that my husband circle a few boy names.
He likes Ryder and Drake. I not so hip on either.
I like the names Hunter or Gavin or Noah or Dante.
For girl name we both like Marlee, Kaiya & Paige
He likes Ali, Abbie, & Laci (I don't like these)
And I like Aspen, Chloe, Rylie (He doesn't like these)
What do you all think??? Any votes or other ideas...
I like Ryder
But I'm biased...
I named my boys with all 'R' names
edited... possibly too much info.
Ok, Spooksville!
I have two little 2nd cousins - the older with your son's name, the younger named Ryder. And they're 22 months apart, like what yours will be. If you have a boy and name him Ryder, you will be repeating history!
(And they are two of the cutest little boys ever!)
I REALLY DO LIKE THE NAME
I REALLY DO LIKE THE NAME RYDER!! IT IS A GOOD POSSIBILITY
I like Marlee and Paige for
I like Marlee and Paige for girls, Noah and Drake for boys.
Do you have any family members you are close to that you would want to name the baby after?

My husband kind of wants the
My husband kind of wants the middle name of a girl to be Frances after his Grandmother that past away last year. I'm not a huge fan of the name but I would never so no. Plus he let me name our sons middle name after my brother Sage. So our little guys name is Dylan Sage. TO be honest I really picked the whole name and he liked it enough to agree. I really love both Marlee or Paige too!!!! Hell I would even put those two together as first and middle if it were my choice alone
I like Rylie and it’s gender neutral!
I like Rylie and it’s gender neutral! You can spell it Riley for a boy…the gender neutral names like Braxton, Peyton, Jordan, Taylor, Skylor are pretty neat b/c all you have to do is play with the spelling!
Make a GREAT Day!
We have a Marlo...
instead of Marlee. I think it's nice.
