So, I still have not received word from the military whether my paperwork has been approved for the kids and I to go back to active duty. But, this weekend, I find out that my DH who didn't even tell his parents when we were getting married nearly 5 years ago (they found out from the invitation I sent them 3 weeks before the wedding)told them that I was planning on leaving. I then mentioned this to him, to which he asked if I was looking for a fight. I said no, but thought it odd that I seem to be the only one upset about this situation, to which he responded, "Well, I'm not the one leaving." Wow, I said and why does it have to be a choice between taking care of my kids and saving our marriage? He says, well, that's just the way it is but I understand.

I said, well, why don't you use this as an opportunity to start fresh too, why don't you come with me and without skipping a beat, He responds that he doesn't want to leave here. Bear in mind, the reason we are "here"; is because we got married when I was active duty military and then about 5 months later, I received orders to PCS to California. Well, he immediately refused to come with me. I seperated from active duty to follow him and originally he wanted to buy a home in the same neighborhood as his ex-wife. I immediately squealched that and we managed to get 10 miles away from her. However, he continues to talk to her practically every other day and yep, you guessed it, she knows too and I haven't even received approval yet.

So, from I understand now, my DH has made his choice again and has chosen the BM & Skids over me... again. When will I learn? Now, my Bkids and I are just praying we get our paperwork soon.
