ARRRHHHHH!!

Tonight my partner send BM a text asking if she would like to speak to SS8. We waited for a reply, and are still waiting. It makes me so angry, that when she wants to speak to SS8, and he doesnt want to, he has to speak to her, but whe he wants to, and she doesnt answer her phone, he just has to deal with it. Its wrong on so many levels. BM then has the audicity to state in court paperwork that she has messaged my partner and has gotten no reply from him, which is complete and utter rubbish, but then when she's busy SS8 has to miss out.

First Time!!

SS8 went to his very first after school play date yesterday, with his first real friend. He was so excited, and kept talking about it all night. My friend this and my friend that, and my friend has, and my friend said... it was wonderful to see him so excited. Turns out his friends mum is also a single parent, doing it tough, and she had previously tried to make conversation with BM in the school playground, only to be ignored by BM. Once my partner explained the situation to her, she completely understood. Now SS8 is planning a sleep over with his new friend.

So Selfish

Sunday is mothers day, and BM would like to spend the weekend with SS8. No big deal. She wants my darling partner to drive the 3.5hours it takes to get to her house, to pick him up. No chance. My partner and I have a business that gets extremly busy on mothers day, so for him to drive so far is stupid.
She moved so far away to live with her 20 something daughter and 5 year old grand daughter. (BM is 49 and my partner is 31)

Will it ever end?

Hi, I'm a first time user to this blog, but hoping it will be exactly what I need.
As the current situation stands, my partner and I are currently in the process of trying, and we are trying our hardest, to get full custody of his 8 year old son. He is the most beautiful, sensitive, caring, funny kid I've ever met. He is currently living with us, as his mother, who is a complete bitch, wants to move from the city to the country. We are trying to stop the boy from going.
