Douch bag update.

Well I have lots to report. The king of the Douch bags started out by sending me a not insane guy email because Fathers Day is tomorrow and he will be picking up BS. He is now telling me that I can keep the snowblower and use it till the lease on the house we rented together and that I am fullfilling until this winter is over. BUT as long as I lie to CS services and say he is update ( he is 6 weeks behind on his CS and until we have an order signed by the judge..the hearing is not set till September) on his CS so they don't garnish his wages. I am going to tell him no thank you (fuck you ).

Oh and he asked me to have BS call his mom as it was her birthday... told me I could talk to her but his rules are that I can't ever talk about him...same with all of his family members. MY FAVORITE part is wher he said if I ever get a boyfriend someday not to take him to meet his grandma. What to fuck!!! Oh and he made sure to tell me he was going out to dinner with an old highschool friend last night....he has verbal diarreah, not sure why he feels the need to share when he then says that we both intensly dislike each other. He is trying to mind fuck me.

I did speak to his mom and she asked me to tell her what was really going on. I told her everything. The fact that within 1 hour of the OFP being dropped he was sending nasty emails, his asking me to lie about the CS, the rules he was trying to impose, sticking me with the cable bill and the fact he is online dating. Oh and she asked about the fact that he had plastered all over FB that we were divorced. I explained he signed the papers BUT that it was not legal till the hearing in 3 months. Oh and that I am still paying his insurance. She wanted to know how to get on the dating website so she and FIL could see it.

MIL is not dealing with him, only his father speaks to him. She is pissed and disgusted with him. She said that I will always be her daughter in law and that he is not forcing them to give me up.

So tomorrow he is picking BS up and wants to personally give me my first part of JUne CS check. I really don't want to deal with him and plan on having BS stuff outside and my car in the driveway so that I can leave. I plan on looking fab and allowing him to think I am leaving cuz I have plans. ( I really don't and am looking forward to a totally lazy day at home organizing the garage and painting lawn furniture Smile )

Bs can but they are going fishing so he has a life jacket,pole,tackle box,and a gift he made his dad. Also sunscreen and bug spray.

For some reason he wants to interact with me. He has lost some weight so i am pretty sure he wants to show off. Surprise to him i have lost 21lbs myself.

Oh and i forwarded that to my attorney. Also i have a tiny tape recorder that i will have on me and running.

He may want one but he isnt getting anything. Trust me i don't want this at all. At some point i have to interact with him. I plan on making this quick.

Well king of the douche bags is not very smart. This id his second divorce with kids. He thought because he signed the papers we were divorced. I had to explain that it is not final till the hearing. He is already on his in SD insurance so i have been paying an extra 100 a month for just his kids. You think he could say something or thank me.

The pick up went fine. I am glad the fir first face to face is done.

It went fine, he stayed in the car and SS16 brought him to the door. He came in and set up the Wii for BS as well.

At 9:30 last night he sent me a picture of BS at the history museum yesterday. He is standing infrony of a statue of something that is significant to my last job. He sent the email saying BS wanted him to send it to me. He entitled in my past and my future soming together.

Another wierd thing is when he came to the door he says to BS remeber how you wanted to have a picture of mommy at my house ( news to me) well here I t hought you would want one of me here ( not really as I have a big family picture which I took down thank you very much) and hands him his drivers license.

Also BS confessed that daddy has been asking him if mommy is mean to him and if I yell at him. He lied about this when we started the divorce as retaliation for his being arrested for domestic abuse. Yes I have raised my voice at our son because he is strong willed and refuses to mind. It took me 2 damned hours to get him to go to sleep last night. I struggle with this and have while he sat downstairs doing nothing to help.

So I asked BS what did he tell his dad, he was like I told him you aren't mean...I truly believe BS told the truth. He asked why daddy would ask him this stuff and that it was a secret.... I told him the truth, that his dad was mad at me and that he tried to say I was a bad mom. Right or wrong I refuse to let Douch bag try and PAS our son when I am doing the raising and he only plays EOW.
