Going About My Daily Routine

I ran into a HCBM!! She seems like a very nice lady but in talking to her she revealed:

1. she's going through a bitter divorce

2. the court found that she was enmeshed with her two daughters

3. her daughters "don't want anything to do with dad."

4. her stb ex is claiming that she is alienating the daughters from him

5. she wants to continue to a be a SAHM and home school her kids

I mean all the RED FLAGS were going off. I politely advised her that it isn't in the daughter's best interests to trash talk dad in front of them or to try and manufacture karma. Well needless to say the conversation didn't go on very long.

Oh my, you mean a court might have actually seen through her facade and said there was enmeshment?! Maybe there is progress on the horizon!

Im also a BM divorced twice with two ex husbands who didnt pay CS, were abusive, drank heavily (2nd one) and refused to work/provide. It never occurred to me to go scorched earth.
