happy to report BM only filed for CS and not spousal support!!!
like i said before i don't care how much they take out as long as it is for the child even though we know she will not use it for the child. i would have flipped if she would get alimony!
why is it so easy for her to go to CS and not even attempt to file for a divorce?
i think she loves the fact that she is married to him. she is psycho!
suggestions PLZZZZZ! should DH file for custody?
what is your experience with father's that get full custody?
this is my reasons: BM is selfish and greedy. She is obsessed and controling. she is also abusive (mentally, verbally and physically). SD is terrified of her but she won't tell her that she rather be with us. because she will probably kill her. it's all a mind game. BM can't be alone and uses the naiveness of her daughter to keep her with her.
my SD10 sleeps with her mom. she can't sleep alone ever!

Can BM get spousal support after 11 yrs. of seperation?
judges could be so unpredictable sometimes and i am getting nervous about this. they are still legally married because she never filed and he's been to lazy and broke to do it. 
3 yrs. ago she filed for CS and it had said that she is seeking spousal support also. i laughed at it because she is just such a sad individual that is full of shit but like i said the courts could be unpredictable sometimes.
need advice for DH!!! BM just told DH that he should be receiving a letter in the mail for CS.
let me give a little background. DH has been giving BM $60 a wk. for his DD10 and half of the monthly cost for the after school program and buys her ALL of her clothes, sneakers, school uniforms, school supplies (i mean ALL the school supplies),costumes and accesories. he bought her a laptop for her bday which her mom decided that she will pay half of so that she could claim it as hers also but never gave him the other half. his DD has a psp, wii, guitar hero, the ds lite, games and other toys that she may have wanted while visiting. he bought her a tv a while ago and a dvd player.
