"The court didn't order me to do anything, and this is my time" was the VM that was left on DH's phone, after he has called to check on SD . This is SD's first unsupervised visit with a woman that has shown no interest in her in 7 years. She is refusing to let DH talk to her. More and more I am thinking this is less about SD and more about her having power to hurt DH. I fucking hate the selfishness of this stupid cunt (yes, that is what she is!).

I guess she does not realize that the CO does say DH gets telephone time AT MINIMUM every Sunday and Thursday. When she does not allow SD to talk to DH tomorrow, we will file contempt charges first thing Monday morning.

The child has not been alone with her since she was 3 years old (now 11)! What does she think withholding talking to her father is going to do to her??????????

He has been trying to get ahold of BM since this morning to make sure she even had SD. We are a 12 hour flight apart, and SD flew by herself. She could not even send a, "yes I have her" text message.

BM3 denied DH his COd telephonic parenting time during her first extended visitation, which happened to be a five day stretch over the Winter Break.

He left a voicemail politely asking SD to give him a call back, and texted BM3 asking her to please have SD give him a call back per the court order.

He gave her 24 hours, then sent the police to her door to do a welfare check. She has NEVER failed to put a call through again during her visitation. If she ever hasn't answered the phone, he gets a call back within an hour. She did NOT like the police showing up at her front door.
