Persistently
BM has been reading, pouring through, and picking apart the divorce decree. She sent BF a text in the midst of all the skillions of other text this weekend that says "the decree states 'The parties shall communicate persistently regarding the well being of the children'"
so then she sends a text with the definition of Persistent " Continuing firmly or obstinately in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition." So needless to say she hasnt stopped. at all. she has even been sending blanks and repeats just to "comply"
geeeeeez

Can you say passive
Can you say passive aggressive nutbag who needs a life?
If it wasnt so funny it would
If it wasnt so funny it would be sad :? Poor freakin kids.....
in agreement with
in agreement with "nutbag"....
obviously a miserable, lonely individual with way too much time on her hands!
What a nugbag indeed-question
What a nugbag indeed-question who drafted the decree, and why in creation did they use the word persistently anyways??? lol-just ammo for nutbags. I'd send her a link for shopping for a vibrator or something.
Persistent. What a word to
Persistent. What a word to put in the divorce decree. That is totally open to interpretation. Some of the lawyers are such idiots.
You all are crackin me up
You all are crackin me up either that or Im losin my mind hahaha
She might find more joy in
She might find more joy in life if she used that time to persistently persue a hobby. I persistently suggest Yoga. Good for the body. Good for the mind.
IMO, lawyers use ambiguous
IMO, lawyers use ambiguous words like that, so the two parties disagree and have to go back to court for clarification! More money for the lawyers...!
Our lawyers put in that BM was to submit medical bills to DH within 6 months of the date they are incurred or DH doesn't have to pay them. BM claims that the date they are incurred is the date our medical insurance pays for their part of it.
Also, it never clarified that the medical bills were for NECESSARY medical visits! We get bills for ALL sorts of things for two healthy, sports-minded teens (acupressure appointments, anyone?) Oversight on our part!! Be wary!
We did, however, have enough dealings with the vindictive side of BM to put in a "no contact" order, unless it is an emergency with the kids or to change the visitation schedule.
Eh? She will from this day
Eh? She will from this day forward or the day she had to look up the word persistently be a persistent pain in the ass, but persistently and restlessly doing meaningless nonsense! ugh! What other words can she find in that decree that she can look-up and persistentlyharrass you with?! Crazies should be placed in isolation!
My original divorce decree
My original divorce decree was written so ambiguously that it caused nothing but problems.
It said ex had access 'alternate weekends' but didn't specify WHICH weekends (like 1st & 3rd or 2nd & 4th) so if he ever didn't want his weekend he'd just skip it and insist that he got the following one. It was so frustrating!
Now I'm a firm believer in having every last detail written down.
Can you go back and have that
Can you go back and have that changed? or is it a huge Pain in the A$$? Becuz yeah she has also started in on the word "traditionally" geeeeeez
Oh most definitely. She still
Oh most definitely. She still hasnt stopped...... BF just writes them all down and deletes them. This is gonna be a long road for sure.
