Update to the spy game
Spoke with the atty and there isn't a damn thing that can be done. NOTHING! We were told if BM calls (yeah like THAT will happen) we are to say nothing. When the girls to back for the next visit (when BM decides its conviently easy for her) we are to hand her the phone and tell her it is NOT to come to our house and it was a privacy invasion. The ONLY way anything can be done is if it happens again. As for BM taking SD13s meds we are to write a statement so it can "be put in the file" so as usual BM gets away with all kinds of BS and nothing is done.

SDs live with us full time. So if and when BM decides she wants visitation, the phones going back. She got it to talk to the girls. Not that she's EVER called/texted them in the past.

A day. SD13 came to us
A day. SD13 came to us Thursday and said he had found the app. She turned it off and DH sat it on the counter in his workspace and noticed a few minuets later that the phone was back on. But we decided that until we found anything out, DH blocked the cameras and used BM own language against her. See BM is deaf, and only uses ASL. So no sound could be recorded and converted to text if we all just used ASL around the house. Then we blocked the signal completely.

I would be tempted to put on a full theatrical production. Reading from the wall street journal, partcularly the ups and downs of all the stocks that day, endless boring drivel that would drive the BM up a wall.
